“Throughout Igbayilola’s time with us at Obafemi Awolowo University Bakery as a Brand Ambassador, she demonstrated a high level of professionalism, dedication, and excellence. She represented the brand with confidence and integrity, creating a positive and lasting impression on customers. Her ability to communicate effectively, engage clients warmly, and build strong relationships significantly enhanced the bakery’s public image and sales. Within the first two weeks, she increased product sales from zero to over 5,000 units. Igbayilola is highly reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive. She works efficiently with minimal supervision and consistently delivers to a high standard. Her work ethic and commitment to quality were evident in all aspects of her performance.”

“I am truly grateful for Igbayilola because if I hadn’t met her, I may not have had the confidence to start my business. Watching her and the way she shared her journey inspired me to take a step forward. Since then, she has been a strong source of motivation and guidance. She leads with intention, supports genuinely, and is always available when I need clarity. Through her guidance, I have experienced real growth, not just financially, but also in leadership, communication, and personal development. I am genuinely thankful for her influence and the role she has played in my journey so far.”
