An entrepreneur and advocate focused on girl child education and health in Nigeria. I lead school-based awareness programmes on VVF (Vesicovaginal Fistula) and support initiatives that help students stay in school and complete their education.
From as early as I can remember, I have always asked questions. Not to rebel. But because certain things just never sat right with me. I couldn't shake the feeling that something wasn't fair, even before I had the words to name it. Why were my brothers never taught to cook or clean the house the way I was? Why did I keep hearing "Is this how you'll behave in your husband's house?" even when I was simply being myself?
